The Long Tunnel Warm Mix Flame-retardant Warm Mix Asphlt Pavement Construction Variability Analysis And Quality Control

Quality control of asphalt pavement in the construction process has a great influence on the use of performance performance after the completion of the building.both at home and Abroad,construction quality of hot mix asphalt concrete pavement control is researched,forming a series of research methods,system improvement.With the development of society,energy saving and environmental protection engineering problem has been paid more and more attention,warm mix technology combining whih Flame retardant technogy in the construction of tunnel,had been adopted around the world in the process of construction of asphalt pavement under the precondition of guarantee of pavement qualitity,and it plays well.Because of warm mix technology is different from hot mixing process,resulting in some way,hot mix construction technical measures used in the warm mix asphalt need to be adjusted.In this paper,aiming construction quality control at the surface layer of warm mix asphalt pavement,the upper layer of flame retardant of warm mix asphalt pavement in long tunnel,combined with laboratory and field construction,mainly for the following work:Firstly,the research analyzed the variability of raw materials,raw materials are put forward to improve the way of variability.Secondly,the two major quality problems of temperature segregation and aggregate segregation of asphalt pavement construction quality has been studied,the causes of the gradation segregation and temperature segregation,and the influence on asphalt pavement performance of the two kinds of segregations based on laboratory test,has been analyzed,Based on the real project,combining with large a amount of data of on-site detection and the segregation criterion of hot mix asphalt,the evaluation criterion of flame of warm mix asphalt mixture has been put forward,and furthermore the method of improving construction technology has been proposed to control the quality of asphalt pavement.Thirdly,sets the detection of pavement aggregate performance,smoothness after the construction of the road,builts a construction quality control model of aflame retardant warm mix asphalt pavemeneach,research and analysis of each index,and puts forward the proposal separately.At the same time,rates the quality of road construction according to the measurement results of each index,the quality level through the analysis of pavement,so as to evaluate the flame retardant of warm mix asphalt pavement construction quality.
