In the tunnel project,Asphalt Pavement is used in more projects because of its good asphalt pavement skid resistance.However,due to the closed tunnel environment,poor ventilation,the traditional hot-mix asphalt concrete pavement to be at a higher temperature compaction paving,construction of the tunnel when the ambient temperature is high,a lot of gas and dust generated during construction while difficult to discharge,severe environmental quality and health effects of construction workers around the same time hindered the form flammable asphalt asphalt road tunnel in the tunnel grew especially in the application.So this paper the special highway tunnel surrounding environment to specific projects as the basis,the release of harmful gases and other issues for asphalt pavement flammability and heat,to carry out the tunnel warm mix asphalt retardant technology.Relying on the road tunnel test section surface engineering 6cm of AC-20 using warm mix technology,the first for the surface layer of warm mix impact studies carried out agents on SBS modified asphalt performance through penetration,softening point,ductility performance tests,such as routine testing of asphalt agent as warm mix asphalt performance,followed by viscosity reduction effect of warm mix Brandt rotational viscosity test agent,the combination of changes in different dosage preferably three indicators of the test results and determine the most warm mix agent good content,then graded by a combination of asphalt PG Guangxi American SHARP program of environmental factors on specific weather warm mix asphalt binder agent for a comprehensive evaluation of the road with a performance impact.It was found Sasobit EWMA-1 with two warm mix both agents better meet three indicators SBS modified bitumen technical requirements,but also has a certain degree of viscosity is about the best dosage Sasobit of 3%,EWMA-Volume 1 is the best 7 ?,add Sasobit can significantly improve the high-temperature SBS modified asphalt rutting resistance,while adding EWMA-1 can make SBS modified asphalt binder fatigue in the temperature level is raised.Relying on the road above the tunnel test section works layer 4cmAC-13 flame retardant composite modified using warm mix technology.Based on previous research and application experience,flame retardants little effect on the asphalt during the entire construction process,so research from flame retardant material composite modified asphalt mixture performance point of view on the impact of warm mix agent.In a flash point,ignition,oxygen index as an evaluation index flame retardant effect,this preferred flame retardant,combining three indicators to determine the best dosage,followed by the United States Asphalt PG classification scheme for warm mix SHARP resistance burning compound modifiers on SBS modified asphalt binder as a comprehensive evaluation of road performance impact.The test results show that for SBS modified asphalt as the best flame retardant and is Zhongjiao sasoproof efficient flame retardants,the corresponding optimal dosage of 5%,6%.Zhongjiao sasoproof making warm mix asphalt flame temperature performance is greatly reduced,especially sasoproof combination with sasobit warm mix asphalt,you can exclude this combination.Less efficient flame retardants added to Sasobit warm mix asphalt Brookfield viscosity affect the high temperature zone can be considered efficient flame retardants added does not affect the viscosity reducing effect sasobit warm mix agent.Add Sasoproof flame does not influence the EWMA-1 warm mix asphalt temperature rutting resistance,but Sasobit warm mix asphalt rutting resistance temperature slightly negative.Add HICHANCE efficient flame retardant for EWMA-1 warm mix asphalt rutting resistance temperature slightly favorable,but also can improve Sasobit warm mix asphalt temperature rutting resistance.After Sasobit warm mix asphalt added Haichuan efficient flame retardant,low pitch bending stiffness modulus S continues to increase at each temperature,but the low level of PG classification unchanged,Haichuan efficient flame retardants also Sasobit warm mix asphalt the low temperature performance is slightly negative,the whole top layer of the optimal combination of warm mix is a combination of Sasobit and Haichuan efficient flame retardant agent.Finally,the performance of the validation study carried out by warm mix mix mix and warm mix retardant way through variable temperature compaction test to determine the temperature of warm mix asphalt and asphalt mix retardant suitable compaction temperatures.The results showed that adding EWMA-1 after warm mix agent compaction temperatures can be reduced by about 20? degrees and Sasobit be reduced accordingly compaction temperatures around 25 ?,the incorporation Sasobit after compaction and high flame temperature can be reduced by about 20 ??25? degrees.The studies of this paper can provide technical support to the road construction of the tunnel projects relying on,while has important significance for improving construction environment and improving operational safety of the tunnel asphalt pavement.
