| In the developed countries,building energy conservation is the main content of carrying out national environmental protection、energy saving and implementing the national economy sustainable development.In the construction,heating loss in the outer structure is great,therefore the energy conservation material plays an important role.Organic insulation material is the main part of the exterior wall heat preservation board,but it has poor fire retardant properties and causes the fire accident very easily.This year the inorganic insulation materials with expanded perlite(EP)as the lightweight aggregate began to appear on the domestic and international market,however,there still exist some problems in its comprehensive properties.In this article,EP exterior wall heat preservation board were prepared by using the PE from zhengzhou city,henan province of China as the main lightweight aggregate and the xinyang’s zeolit under alkali-activated and water-glass were used as cementing material respectively,the EP products can be well conformed to the requirements of the 350 in national standard GB/T 10303-2001 and even more than 250.Main results were summarized as follows:1.Exploration of the optimum process using zeolit under alkali-activated as cementing materialThe results show that the modulus of water-glass is 1.0,the mass ratio of Alkali to zeolit is 0.2,the mass ratio of PE to cementing material is 1.50~11.75,0.375~0.400 Mpa of molding pressure,0.045%of polypropylene fiber,curing temperature is 80 ℃,curing time is 24 hours.Under the optimum conditions,the EP products density is 286 kg/m3;the compression strength is 0.49 MPa;the thernal conductivity is 0.073 W/(m · ℃);the raw material cost is 258 yuan/m3.2.Exploration of the optimum process using water-glass as cementing materialThe optimum process which using PE as the lightweight aggregate:the mass ratio of water-glass to PE is 0.3,0.375 Mpa of molding pressure,curing temperature is 80 ℃,curing time is 24 hours.The products density is 280 kg/m3;the compression strength is 0.43 MPa;thermal conductivity is 0.068 W/(m · ℃);the raw material cost is 319 yuan/m3.The optimum process by using PE and expanded polystyrene(EPS)foam as the lightweight aggregate and uniform mixing method:the mass ratio of water-glass to aggregate is 0.32~0.34,3%of EPS,0.400 Mpa of molding pressure,curing temperature is 80℃,curing time is 24 hours.The products density is 259 kg/m3;the compression strength is 0.40 MPa;the thermal conductivity is 0.060 W/(m · ℃);the raw material cost is 361 yuan/m3.The optimum process by using PE and polyurethane(PU)foam as the lightweight aggregate:the mass ratio of water-glass to aggregate is 0.32,7%of PU powder,0.400 Mpa of molding pressure,curing temperature is 80 ℃,curing time is 24 hours.The products density is 266 kg/m3;the compression strength is 0.40 MPa;the thermal conductivity is 0.061 W/(m · ℃);the raw material cost is 503 yuan/m3. |
