Stacker and Rail Guided Vehicles traveling mechanism,which are The Straight-line Move Mechanism,are widely used in Automobile and Shipbuilding,Aerospace,Tobacco,Food,Machinery Processing and other fields.Space of high-rise,high-speed of walking and high-performance of a straight line mechanism will become the development trend.However,such a straight line of travel mechanism research has just started.Like running speed,lifting height and other important indicators far behind the international advanced level,mainly due to the traditional experience of mapping design can not be solved on the dynamic characteristics of mechanical defects,such as excessive vibration.How to achieve dynamic designed of linear walking mechanism to improve its structure and control approach is the designer most concern,therefore to carry out the dynamic performance improve its overall performance is important,The main contents include:1)Use modal analysis techniques to theoretically analysis of dynamic characteristics stackers and rail guided gehicles was simplified by using the finite element method and analyzed to calculate the dynamic characteristics,and give the corresponding numerical examples.2)establishment of a single column roadway stacker and rail guided vehicles simulation model,simulation analysis of their natural frequencies and mode shapes,studied the simulation of the key technologies(simplified structure,meshing,with surface modeling,boundary conditions,etc.)and Technical analysis based on finite element of the stackers and Vehicles on dynamic characteristics.3)By hammering method which is based on LMS Test.Lab modal testing platform,modal testing for single column roadway stacker and railed guided vehicles modal testing,measure their natural frequencies and mode shapes.And measured results and simulation analysis of natural frequencies and mode shapes are consistent.Thus contrast verify the effectiveness and correctness of the simulation model.the analysis the measured natural frequencies and mode shapes,Give improvement structural design and operational status of recommendations for the stacker and railed guided vehicles,increase the structural life.
