With the competitive background of port logistics,the container port enterprises need to improve their level constantly so that to seek the opportunities for advancement.Due to the scarce of the terminal hardware resource,It's urgently to allocate the reasonable berth and a suitable number of quay cranes to minimize the time of ships in terminal port in order to stabilize the existing customers and attract potential customers.This article studies on the model construction of continuous berths and quay cranes scheduling in container terminals,and the main contents are as follows:1.According to the complexity of the container terminal scheduling system,pay more attention to the continuous berth and quay cranes scheduling problem based on literature review and system analysis,and also analysis the process and principle of the continuous berth and quay cranes scheduling problem.2.In a cycle of 24 hours,considering the minimize time of the ships as the goal under the condition of many ships arrived a day.Considering the ships deviate from their preference berths and the priority of the ships respectively,to build a continuous berth and quay cranes scheduling model.3.Using genetic algorithm to solve this problem based on the characteristics of the model,use multi-mode real number encoding when setting the individual coding of genetic algorithm,fitness function is set to the reciprocal of the objective function,the roulette wheel selection mechanism is adopted in the genetic operation,crossover adopts one point crossover method,all the measures ensure the algorithm is more suitable for the continuous berths and quay cranes scheduling model.4.Using a container ports as a case,combine with the actual data to solving the model,compare the requirement of time of deviation to the preference berths and priority of ships,wish the relatively optimal solution can provide a certain theoretical guidance and decision-making to the operation management of port enterprise.
