For container port, the berth and quay crane is an important resource for the port. Since the port once completed, it will cost a lot of manpower, material resources to change. Compared to hardware port facility, How can better improve customer satisfac-tion more viable approach under the existing facilities is to improve operational effi-ciency to achieve customer satisfaction by optimizing the operational aspects. How to make Container Terminal follow the rational allocation of resources and scheduling on the basis of the existing equipment and facilities, which berth and quay scheduling more systematic rationalization of container terminal is a common problem to be solved.This study is mainly on optimize the berth and quay crane in three aspects progres-sive. Firstly, The research is the berth allocation problem, study on berth allocation un-der the consideration of tidal fluctuations and other practical constraints affecting access to the port for large vessels berth; Then, single-ship berth quay study established the conditions under optimal allocation and scheduling problems. Consider the quayside interference latency and balanced distribution of assignments and other factors, which a reasonable number of jobs was assigned to ship shore bridge and path planning optimal operation; Finally, following the previous study, I studied berth and quay crane joint scheduling problem from the optimal angle of system,. With the goal of the shortest turnround of a ship we take a reasonable allocation for the location and operation of the berthing ship quay harbor under consider the practical constraints into accountedFor optimization of operating berths and quay container port, a mathematical opti-mization model was designed and a the appropriate intelligent algorithm devised to solve the mathematical model, which provide a method of guidance and enforcement advice for the utilization of container port resources and operational efficiency.
