| 10kV Railway Power Line is used to supply power for signal system and station yard.The anti-lightning stroke performance can be improved and the electrical equipment damages can be correspondingly reduced by the utilization of lOkV Railway Power Line,which is vitally significant to the safety of the railway operation.Most railway lines of Kunming Railway Bureau are located in the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau,and overhead lines are mainly used in the power supply system.The breaks of power penetration lines and failures of insulator rupture caused by frequent thunder strikes severely interfere the reliability of local railway system.Thus,the optimal design and new technologies should be proposed to reduce the damages of lightning strikes and guarantee the normal operations of railway systems.The technical design of the typical 10kV power supply system in Yunnan,including the basic electrical structure,design,lightning resistant measures and the main technical requirements are illustrated in this paper.Especially,the operating features and highlighted the specificity of power line set in plateau area and technical parameters of the actual operation with the case study of the typical section are analyzed.A new arrester on the basis of the different impacts of lightning over-voltage on power lines is designed on the analysis of different principle and calculation method of different over-voltage by calculation of lightning induced over-voltage magnitude.Furthermore,the lightning safety assessment method of power line with the combination of operating conditions in Yunnan railway power system is proposed.A comprehensive plan with the new arrester is designed,the related parameters are described and its lightning resistant effect is testified.Finally,the actual effect of lightning resistance and demonstrated the effectiveness of remediation programs by analysis of typical lightning accidents in Yunnan Railway power system are assessed on the basis of the on-site reconstruction in typical section.The research has a great significance to optimize the design and practical application of Kunming railway power line. |
