The Post Occupancy Evaluation Of Waterfront Greenway In ChangSha YangHu By Using SD Method

As the planning pays more attention to the living and ecological environment,greenway planning which is regarded as an ecological protection movement gradually into the vision of ours.From the current progress in the domestic and international research,greenway planning often starts from the protection of ecological sustainability,aiming at establishing a continuous and ecological network system.so,what are the effects of people’s psychology and behavior on the greenway planning,and if we consider the greenway planning from ecological angel,will it make people comfortable undoubtedly? As far as I am concerned,an outstanding greenway planning must take ecological construction and human behavior into consideration,only in this way can it embody the core value about harmony between human being and nature.The behavior characteristic of residing after water by human being determines that the city development often has the close relation with the water system.The water not only carries the imprint of the development of local city,the local historical and cultural characteristics,but also is closely related to the living and behavior habits on local residents.The waterfront greenway as a vital part of the greenway system is very significant for research.Constructing the suitability evaluation system of waterfront greenway and using the post occupancy evaluation to analyze the existing conditions and application of the waterfront greenway will provide reliable reference for the future waterfront greenway planning.This article mainly proceeds from the understanding of the origin and development of the waterfront greenway,structural and functional features of the waterfront Greenway,theoretical research on the related planning method and apply SD method to evaluate the existingcity waterfront greenway planning.Take th e greenway of ChangShaYangHu as an example,this paperuses the way of multi factor analysis to describe the correlated analysis statement of the waterfront greenway,to draw out the factor axis and to establish the characteristic factor to get the point coordinate,and by this means,we can construct the post occupancy evaluation system of the waterfront greenway,make the psychological cognition from human being transform into qualitative research and propose the suitable solution by results which can provide feedback to the existing waterfront greenway planning,suitability reference of the urban greenway planning and some reference for the sustainable development of the greenway planning.
