Greenways is a kind of linear green open space.It is an important part of urban and rural forest ecosystems.It maintains urban and rural ecological security,and also has many functions such as leisure recreation,landscape image and green transportation.The construction of greenways is of great significance to improving the urban and rural ecological environment,improving the quality of life of residents and changing lifestyles.In recent years,under the government’s promotion,China has carried out large-scale greenway construction and achieved great achievements.However,due to the relative lag in the research of greenways,the construction of many greenways in China has not achieved the expected results,affecting the efficiency of the use of greenways.post occupancy evaluation(POE)is a scientific evaluation of the current status of greenway use from the perspective of user satisfaction,using statistical analysis,landscape architecture and other multidisciplinary theories,in order to provide scientific research for the construction and control of greenways.Based on the previous studies,this thesis uses the methods of analytic hierarchy process,expert consultation,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and questionnaire survey to evaluate the post-use evaluation of three typical urban greenways in Chengdu.On this basis,the optimization design was carried out and the conclusions are as follows:(1)On the basis of relevant literature research,the expert consultation method and the analytic hierarchy process are used to screen the evaluation indicators,and established urban greenway post occupancy evaluation model,with five factors such as rest function,ecological function,social management and cultural function,service facility function and safety as the criterion layer,22 evaluation factors such as plant landscape,rest facilities etc.as the index level.On this basis,calculated the weight values of each evaluation index,and the greenway function is obtained according to safety(0.3811)>ecological function(0.2225)>rest function(0.1655)>social management and cultural function(0.13)>Service function(0.1009)is ranked by importance.(2)Based on the post occupancy evaluation model of urban greenway,through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the Jinjiang 198 greenway,Wenjiang greenway and Panda greenway in Chengdu,and the evaluation was carried out according to the grades of 1-5.The comprehensive evaluation results show that the scores of the three greenways are between 3.76 and 3.89,and the grades are all S2(better),indicating that the user’s total satisfaction with the three greenways is higher.The evaluation results of the criterion layer showed that the ecological function and rest function evaluation results of the three greenways are higher,with scores between 3.62-4.53,and the grades are S1 or S2,indicating that the two fuction are generally better.The social management and cultural function and service function evaluation results are second,S2 level,scores between 3.5-3.9 points,indicating that the two fuction are not fully recognized by users.Safety evaluation results are the lowest,for the S2 or S3 level,the score is between 3.47 and 3.83,indicate that the safety is the short board of the three greenways,which should be further optimized to promote the improvement of the greenway function.The results of the index layer evaluation showed that the plant greenness,landscape type diversity,native plant abundance,climate regulation and other indicators of the three greenways were highly satisfied,with scores ranging from 3.9 to 4.19;and the diversity of the recreation project,history and culture sexuality,parking facilities,sports facilities,public security management,medical first aid and other indicators have lower satisfaction,with scores between 2.2 and 3.6,which have a negative impact on the satisfaction of the greenway.In the future,we should focus on improving and optimizating those aspects to promote the total greenway satisfaction.(3)According to the results of the above evaluation to optimize the greenway,and the pair of construction processes are optimized to fully consider the user’s needs.The second is to optimize the spatial layout from the planning level.The third is from the design level.Optimized design of plant landscape,people and vehicles diversion,signage facilities,and public security management.
