The current international economic situation is fraught with uncertainty,global economy growth is slow,the growth and development of corporate entities are more and more variable.As far as auto dealership industry,government policy support is not only help to stimulate but also overdraft the purchasing power of the consumer market,market volatility in recent years will be fierce.In this economic environment,only improve the internal performance evaluation,can maximize stimulate the business vitality,enhance the competitiveness,create differential advantage to make larger growth space,in order to achieve maximizing enterprise value.Economic Value Added and Balanced Scorecard are both effective tools for evaluating corporate performance,not only they have their own advantages and disadvantages,but also complement each other.Therefore,how to get them together to maximize their effectiveness is very worthy of study in terms of performance evaluation.After studying the relevant academic achievements of the Economic Value Added and the Balanced Scorecard,this paper puts forward the construction idea of EVA Integrated Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation system.This paper choose A Auto Dealership Corporation as a case,then construct the EVA Integrated Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation system to promote the practical application of the system.First,analysis of A Auto Dealership Corporation's current performance evaluation system,find out the problems and the causes of the problems,to discuss the necessity and feasibility of EVA Integrated Balanced Scorecard implementation in the corporation;Second,learn about the relevant basic theoretical knowledge,and construct a EVA Integrated Balance Scorecard performance evaluation system,put EVA as a financial core indicators and put Balanced Scorecard as the main framework of performance evaluation system,combined with the corporation's current KPI performance evaluation system,select appropriate and applicable key performance indicators;Third,continue to subdivide the system,construct Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation system applicable for each department andemployees;Last,reference to the enterprise performance evaluation standard value and use of dimensionless methods analyzes A Atuo Dealership Corporation using EVA Integrated Balanced Scorecard for evaluate the performance,draw the conclusion of A Corporation's performance have an upward tendency,and EVA Integrated Balanced Scorecard in A Corporation also has applicability,then put forward to establish the relevant supporting measures to ensure the new system is implemented smoothly.By reference for the existing theoretical research results,this paper use case analysis method and field investigation method to study the practical application of EVA Integrated Balance Scorecard,not only correct the the shortcomings and problems by use of single performance evaluation system to bring and make the performance evaluation system more in line with the company's strategic development requirements and beneficial to achieve the company's strategic objectives,but also expected to provide theoretical and practical guidance of performance evaluation on other enterprises which use the same pattern,has important theoretical significance and practical significance.
