At present,the domestic highway maintenance of pavement damage identification problem is still mainly rely on manual testing,and artificial detection has low efficiency,low accuracy,high cost and subjective faults.Artificial detection has been unable to adapt to the development of the current highway maintenance industry,and therefore asphalt pavement disease image detection based on digital image processing will be the future trend of asphalt road detection,the technology can accurately obtain the asphalt surface damage status and location information.Digital asphalt pavement disease detection system is presented in this paper,the detection system is composed of acquisition platform and image processing.Acquisition platform including camera,image acquisition card,fill light,platform support,sheet metal,image processing module contains a series of algorithms to deal with asphalt pavement diseases.Build a simulation image acquisition platform in the laboratory,then The optimum working height and range of vision are determined.The image processing module transforms the original color image into gray image,and using the adaptive filter to remove the image noise,and target segmentation by region growing method disease.In view of the defects that exist in the target after segmentation,using morphology of corrosion and inflation to repair the disease target.Through the experimental results show that the image processing module designed in this paper can segmentation disease well and get the target contour accurately.When asphalt pavement repaired,we need to determine the repair area.In this paper,the mapping relationship between the repaired area and the heater is established by obtaining the Target contour,in order to achieve the dynamic response of the heater and the disease target.This way can save microwave energy and improve work efficiency.Because of the diversity of the asphalt pavement diseases,this paper designed based on PLC and touch screen array type asphalt pavement thermal regeneration device,the device can realize to any opening or closing a heating device,in order to implement the intelligent of the operation.In the process of repairing asphalt road actually,The effect of temperature on asphalt pavement is very important.if the temperature is too high,asphalt pavement will be burnt and loss of viscosity,but if temperature is too low,new and old asphalt mixture can not be a good fusion.So,the PID control of the temperature of a single asphalt pavement thermal regeneration device is designed in the laboratory,in order to achieve accurate control of temperature.
