The heating wall of asphalt pavement for geothermal regeneration equipment is mainly composed of magnetron and radiation antenna.The magnetron is coupled with the antenna to realize the heating of asphalt pavement.In order to study the influence of the arrangement mode of antenna array,the distance between column and column and relative moving direction on the heating effect of asphalt pavement,this paper has carried out a systematic simulation study with the help of CST software.The research results have important guiding significance for the design and layout of antenna array in heating wall of geothermal regeneration equipment.Firstly,the structure size of a single antenna is optimized,and combined with the characteristics of microwave heating,four indexes of standard deviation,discrete coefficient,amplitude and temperature gradient are proposed to evaluate the heating quality.At the same time,it is proposed to use CST Mphysics Studio to simulate and analyze the temperature field.Then,the arrangement of four kinds of antenna arrays with neat arrangement,row interleaving,row interleaving and front and rear intersections are compared and studied.The corresponding row and column spacing is 36mm×36mm,41mm×41mm,46mm×46mm,51mm×51mm,56mm×56mm.The mean value of the amplitude of surface temperature of heated asphalt mixture within the depth of 0-50 mm is analyzed.Variation of standard deviation,discrete coefficient and temperature along depth.Finally,the heating effects of moving arrays in different directions are compared with those of an array of antennas arranged orderly,rows staggered,columns staggered and crossed.Through simulation analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Compared with the optimized antenna model,the radiation capacity of the optimized antenna is enhanced and the uniformity of the antenna is improved.2.The arrangement of antenna array has certain influence on the heating effect of asphalt pavement.By changing the arrangement of the antenna array of the heating wall,the heating effect can be improved to a certain extent.It is helpful to improve the uniformity of heating,in which the relative direction of the front and rear antenna improves the heating effect more obviously.3.The heating uniformity of antenna array moving heating is better than that of static heating.4.The moving direction of antenna array has great influence on its heating effect.
