Smart grid have been interconnected amass of electrical facilities,sensor device and control system by power grid and communication network so that develop into the grid cyber physical system(GCPS),which is depend and coupling mutually,consist of information network and physical system.Because of GCPS with the character of wide geographic distribution,plenty of communication node and enormous data transmiss ion,the complexity of information system significantly increase.So,GCPS is faced with great challenge of stability,security and reliability of electric communication network.In this article,the problem of physical model and information model separated mutually when modeling and analyze the time delay stability of GCPS is researched and meanwhile,based on the time delay stability analysis of GCPS,the way of integrated modeling is put forward.In addition,aim at the character of GCPS with serious delay,it has been researched in terms of delay compensation and a mixed experimental platform for GCPS is designed.The main research contents and innovative points as follow.Firstly,the overall architecture of GCPS based on definition,connotation and functional requirement of internet of things in power system(IOTIPS)and refer to relevant standard of posts and telecommunications industry with respect to the general hierarchical model architecture of internet of things is put forward.At the same time,the function and property of every key component and the thinking of integrated modeling of GCPS is elaborated,respectively.Secondly,the reason why single machine infinite bus system and distributed generation system produce the time delay is analyzed and discussed and then,the information model and physical model of single machine infinite bus system and western systems coordinating council 9 bus system that represent by distributed generation system is built separately.And the information model and physical model is communicated by CIM and dynamic link library so that come true the integrated modeling of single machine infinite bus system and distributed generation system.Thirdly,a mixed experimental platform for GCPS based on Siemens S7-300PLC with half material object and half simulation is designed,which includes the simulation of the control strategy and the control of actual object.By using the Ethernet and OPC communication,this platform realizes the data interconnection transmission between the controller,controlled object and monitoring system Aim at the GCPS with the character of serious lag,the fuzzy Smith control strategy is applied to virtual simulation and practical verification,respectively.The result of simulation on single machine infinite bus system and western systems coordinating council 9 bus system shows that the GCPS integrated modeling method present by this article build the unified structure of information flow and physical flow for calculation and analysis in GCPS,and realize the combined simulation for the time delay stability analysis including information layer and physical layer.On the other hand,the mixed experimental platform of GCPS realize that the virtual simulation and practical verification merge together organically,and improve the transferability of algorithm design of GCPS control system so that solve the dissociation problem between system design and engineering application,as the same time,verified the reliability of time delay compensation algorithm of GCPS.
