With the worsening of the environment and the shortage of energy, countries are all looking for a way to apply renewable energy for clean alternatives. However, due to constraints of technologies that directly use clean energy,it is a common practice to use indirectly by converting renewable energy into electricity. As a result, research on distributed generation and distributed generation distribution have become increasingly heated. However, most of the existing research work is based on the distribution simulation model, and the model itself will have some errors. In addition, the high-dimensional,susceptibility to interference and other characteristics of the statistical data under simulation records have a further impact on the accuracy of the model, which may eventually lead to inaccurate conclusions. Therefore, this paper has done the following tasks in response to the above problems:1.Based on the model of distributed generation distribution, the model of the converter,a detailed mathematical modelling is carried out,and the control method of the converter is introduced. At the same time, this part is also the research foundation of distributed generation distribution, microgrid and main power grid interconnection.Based on the analysis of the converter model and its control methods, this paper establishes the mechanism model of the three-conversion power distribution. At the same time, the distributed generation distribution model simulation is completed in MATLAB\Simulink.The simulation results show the running characteristics of the distributed generation distribution system based on the converter model, and verify that the selected master-slave control strategy can play a role in the control when the demand of the converter station is changed under distribution situation without converter station communication.2.To solve the problem that the existing parameter configuration in many power distribution models unreasonably affects the accuracy of the model,a structural analysis method(FISM)based on fuzzy theory and the interpretative structural modeling method is proposed. The fuzzy theory has a certain anti-interference ability, and the interpretative structural model can construct a clear logical structure diagram from the complex relations.By combining these two methods and executing FISM analysis on the power distribution model, the key attributes in the model can be quickly located while solving the uncertainty problem of the statistical data, optimization of key attributes by genetic algorithm and then the direction of the model parameter adjustment can be determined, and finally the accuracy of the model can be improved. In the fourth chapter, the more accurate simulation model is obtained by assigning the optimized parameters to the simulation model. This experiment also verifies the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.3.Combining with the time-consuming and easy-to-lose experience of modifying individual components in the simulation process, the simulation prototype system for distributed generation distribution is developed by integrating the proposed FISM algorithm. The system includes two parts:the simulation configuration module and the FISM analysis module. The two modules are used to reduce the work cycle of the simulation work, and to find an optimization scheme through model analysis to improve the model accuracy, respectively.
