With the continuous improvement of economic level,people gradually favor the vehicle riding comfort and handling stability,compared with the traditional passive suspension,the electronically controlled air suspension due to its unique way of vibration reduction attract the love of people,the electronically controlled air suspension can adapt to the working condition of the road and adjust to the best vibration reduction performance,and while improving the attitude of the car to improve handling stability.This paper is about the vehicle electronically controlled air suspension dynamics analysis,which mainly studied the effect of electronically controlled air suspension on the performance of the vehicle under the action of Electric power steering(EPS)and electronic electronic stability(ESP),and through the design reasonable and effective regulation of electronically to adjust air suspension control strategy damping size,and improve the vehicle riding comfort.This article main research content is as follows:(1)First of all,the development of electronic control air suspension technology at home and abroad is studied and analyzed,and the structure and performance characteristics of electronic control air suspension are analyzed deeply.Based on the analysis of dynamics,MATLAB/SUMULINK software is used to built ten degrees of freedom vehicle model,which includes the electronically controlled air suspension,EPS system,the ESP system,the road input,tire parts and auxiliary calculation,the vehicle dynamics,etc.(2)The influence of EPS system and ESP system on the vertical kinematics and vehicle attitude of electric control air suspension vehicle under different steering braking conditions is studied.And propose an electronically controlled air suspension control system based on particle swarm optimization to design an adaptive PID controller with electronically controlled air suspension damping current as output variable.(3)Simulation under typical conditions of vehicle electronically controlled air suspension control system is verified,for the purpose of further verification of the control system,we carry out electronically controlled air suspension hardware in loop test platform,and use anhui agricultural university institute of technology of homemade test vehicle for rapid control prototype test,at last the vehicle model and control system structure are verified.Results show that this control system can effectively improve the vertical properties and the vehicle attitude,significantly improve the riding comfort of vehicle.
