| Hagglund is a kind of hydraulic motor with inner curve of hydraulic motor,which is widely used in the fields of ships,ports,steel.But sometimes the piston-cylinder pair breaks down when the Hagglunds hydraulic motor is working.The reason for the damage of Internal curve piston hydraulic motor is that foreign core technology blockade makes existing references at home and abroad mainly to be of qualitative analysis.This paper mainly analyses the reason of insufficient pressure with joint simulation of Pro/E and ADAMS.On the basis of co-simulation using ADAMS and ANSYS Workbench,Simulation experiment shows that the a serious shortage of back pressure is the important cause of damage of plunger vice the hagglund motors under the rated speed.This serves as a reference to the usage of the curve of the hydraulic motor,its maintenance and scientific research personnel.This essay focuses on the following aspects.(1)Analyze multi-functional curve’s working principle of the hydraulic motor,the torque,motor kinematics,dynamics,the reason of the insufficient back pressure,the contact stress between wheel and rail and the conditions where wheels will not derail.(2)Using ADAMS to analyze the contact force between roller and rail under different pressure.The ADAMS modeling power is weak,the Pro/E draw out CA70 heaglund hydraulic motor simplified 3D model,after the model is imported into ADAMS that dynamics simulation model was established.The motor at rated speed of 180 rpm,the oil inlet pressure 250 bar and return oil pressure were obtained from normal back pressure 6bar and 4.5bar and insufficient pressure of 4 bar,3.5 bar,3 bar,2.5 bar,2 bar,1.5 bar,1 bar,0.5 bar,0 bar for simulation analysis,obtained under different back pressure roller and the guide rail contact force.(3)Using Workbench ANSYS to analyze the contact stress between the roller and the guide rail under different back pressure.After Pro/E was imported into Workbench ANSYS,the finite element model of hydraulic motor was established by adding material,defining contact,applying constraint and load.On this basis,the ADAMS simulation results show that the contact force: 48000 N,252100 N,384670 N and 808380 N respectively loaded in the bottom of the piston,for finite element simulation analysis,draw roller and rail deformation and stress,and then with the rollers and the guide rail allowable stress comparison,they damage. |
