With the increasing development of technology and science,the diversity of building structures in our country is also increasing.Emerged large span complex space structure which gradually step on the stage of construction is attracting wide concern among people.We should not only penetrating hard difficulties on large span complex space structure,but also accept further more severe challenges during the construction phase.The mechanical problems occurred in different construction plans and different construction progresses will greatly influence the structure shape eventually.It is necessary to simulation analyze the plan of structure construction and the construction process in order to finalize reasonable construction sequence,so that we can make sure the safety of structure during the construction phase and the internal force and deformation of structure to satisfy the design requirements during the completion of works.In this paper,the Concert Hall of Shenyang Culture Art Center is regarded as the research object.The finite element model is established with MIDAS/Gen software and simulation analyzed by finite element about different form removal sequences in order to explore the influence on the deformation of concert hall structure caused by different form removal plans.And it provide theoretical basis for the determination of form removal plan and the survey of construction process.The paper main research content is as follows:1.Concert Hall Structure of Shenyang Culture Art Center adopted a new technology called retard bonded prestressed technology.The parameters used in effective pre-stressed calculation of this technology such as friction coefficient of channel local deviation permeter ? and friction coefficient of steel beam and hole wall ? are not yet explicit.Therefore the related parameters during the construction phase of retard bonded prestressed concrete structure is finalized through consulting the data at home and abroad.2.The finite element model of concert hall structure is established with MIDAS/Gen software.Concentrating on the key construction process of form removal,four construction phases are divided as roof cantilever framework form removal,roof non-cantilever framework form removal,23.2 meter cantilever framework form removal and 23.2 meter non-cantilever framework form removal.Considering different construction progresses,six construction plans are designed and construction whole process is simulation analyzed in the usage of "life and death technology".We examine the influence of different construction programs on the internal force and deformation of structure and then give reasonable construction program.3.Concentrating on the concert hall structure practical form removal process,detailed finite element simulation analysis is proceeding in order to investigate the mechanics performance of survey member during the construction phase.After ascertaining the construction phase whose influence on each floor of concert hall structure and survey member is maximum through analyzing in details,we suggest concentrating on the structure's key position during these construction phases.We can forecast the structure's variation trend of stress and deformation through the construction mechanics study of survey member during the construction phase in order to make sure construction safety of structure and provide theoretical basis for scientific survey.So,the simulation analysis of the Concert Hall of Shenyang Culture Art Center's form removal process is of great value in the engineer using field and of great significance in the theoretical field.The numerical analysis method used in this paper and the research result provide experience accumulation for the construction of complex space structure.
