The mobile medical takes the internet into the field of traditional medical which provide an innovative model for the personal health care: the wearable mobile monitoring system connect with the user of the mobile client.The mobile APP can record and manage the physiological data and provide the health report for the doctor.As the one of the important physiological indicator,the oxygen saturation is the density of the oxygen in the blood.It reflects the ability of the blood carrying with the oxygen.It is an important measure to judge the normal physiological indicators of the human metabolism.The low value of the oxygen saturation is easy to lead the tissue cells to getting not enough supply of the nutrient.It also will cause cardiac arrest,cardiac failure,blood circulation failure,and series of serious consequences.It is an important parameter in clinical diagnosis of the cardiovascular disease.The dynamic monitoring of the oxygen saturation value and the ECG signal is an important method of chronic cardiovascular disease prevention.For the design of the wearable mobile medical.This paper takes the place of the traditional circuit of the oxygen saturation detection by the AFE4400 that oxygen saturation analog front end.Compared with the traditional method,the AFE4400 reduces the photoelectric conversion circuit,amplifying and filtering the signal circuit,the separation of the DC and AC and many other analog circuit,which greatly saves the number of analog components and decreases power consumption.The AFE4400 can realize the function of the optical signal conversion,the management of the oxygen pulse signal,the AC /DC conversion and achieve the test data transmission through the way of the SPI.This paper takes the STM32 as the controller.It can realize the oxygen pulse signal reading,filtering and the oxygen value calculating.Through the Bluetooth BLE module,the oxygen pulse signal,the oxygen values and the pulse rate values will be sent to the Android smart-phone.The APP will manage the user's physiological parameters and establish the health archives.This article mainly introduces the following aspects:(1)Described and analyzed the developmental background and research status of the wearable pulse oximetry.Aiming at solving the shortcomings of the traditional pulse oximetry.The paper proposes a design of conforming with the wearable pulse oximetry.(2)In accordance with the requirements of the system design,described the hardware circuit design of the oxygen acquisition module,master module,the Bluetooth module and the power management module.(3)Introduced a method of computing the oxygen values according to the oxygen pulse signal,the data reading and the design filtering of the oxygen pulse signal,and the value calculation of the oxygen saturation.(4)The Android phone APP is designed for the purpose of realizing the display and the storage of the oxygen pulse signal,and the management of the personal health information.
