With the rapid development of automobile technology, the car has entered every household. The tire as an important part of the car, its' state is directly related to people's driving safety. Tire pressure monitoring system with real-time monitoring of tire pressure change, it will alert when the tire pressure and temperature is too high or too low. It provides an important guarantee for the safety of people traveling.Since the conventional TPMS features a single function, low expansive, now coupled with the rise of smart phones client, it is important to develop a TPMS based on the new smart-phone operating system.TPMS herein consists of four parts: tire pressure sensor, turn the Bluetooth radio repeaters, mobile client and server side. This article will introduce detailed in hardware and software..Tire pressure sensor designed with SP37 chip made in infineon can measure tire pressure by configuring register and has high sensitivity and good RF signal transmission capability. RF turn Bluetooth repeater mainly consists of MCU, receiver module and Bluetooth receiver modules, it uses RF receive module to receive tire pressure signal and uses software's match algorithm and decode algorithm to analyze data, then data is send to the phone via Bluetooth communication finally. Mobile client choose to write in Android platform, uses of the plane drawing, 3D graphics and animations mechanism to design interface, and uses Android software interface to complete the Bluetooth communication and internet communicate. The server module can create owner's probability model by moving the client to upload the tire pressure data, and uses predict algorithm to analyze owner's habit, the information is fed back to the owners finally.By Real vehicle testing, the tire pressure of the system can make a stable signal,RF communication distance up to 50 meters; tire pressure data and the error does not exceed ± 0.05 Bar signal loss rate of less than 1%. Tire pressure sensor and repeater already industrialization part, to a number of OEMs supply. Traditional TPMS and smart phones integrate data through the server consolidation, with excellent customer experience and interaction.
