As a main energy supply equipment in production and life,boiler is commonly used in many fields,such as power generation,chemical industry,pharmaceutical industry and other fields.To obtain real-time boiler efficiency and boiler heat loss value accurately and rapidly,which can provide scientific evidence for boiler operation.The main bottleneck of online rapid measurement of boiler counter balance efficiency is the rapid measurement of ash carbon content.Relevant research on rapid measurement of ash carbon content based on image processing technology was carried out,and the boiler efficiency online calculation system was developed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The method of image processing for boiler ash image was studied,including image segmentation,noise processing,image split and image merge.The backdrop of the sample image was removed and the values of R,G and B of ash were obtained.(2)The correlation of ash image color feature parameters and ash carbon content was analyzed.Finally,the input parameters of four different ash carbon content detection models were determined by the correlation value of color characteristic parameters and carbon content.(3)Multiple linear regression forecasting model and BP neural network prediction model of ash carbon content were established under four different kinds of input parameters.Based on that,the optimal input parameters of the two prediction models were determined,and the proportion of two distinct kinds of prediction models in the final output of carbon content of ash was confirmed.(4)The calculation formulas of heat loss based on counter balance method were simplified,and an on-line fast calculation model of boiler's counter balancing efficiency was established.In addition,the detecting system was written by OpenCV and which can realize on-line real-time calculation of boiler efficiency and rapid detection of ash carbon content by test.The research lays the foundation for the realization of on-line measurement method of boiler efficiency.
