Feasibility Study On The Construction Of Qinshui Nursery For Urban Landscaping Project

With increasing of people's material living standard and upgrading of their living idea,a higher requirement for low-carbon lifestyle and surrounding environment has been made.A high-tech oriented and marketing targeted high quality seedlings industry has been developing promisingly,with environmental protection and green landscape concern.The establishing of a nursery for green landscape seedlings should be completed after extensive marketing survey and technological&economical feasibility research.Taking Qinshui Nursery as sample,programmed by Hongshengrunjin Landscape Engineering Co.,Ltd of Jincheng City,Shanxi Province,In my paper,I analyzed the market supply,market demand,market price and market development trend.I also analyzed the social benefits and ecological benefits of project construction.Use the production process of seedling,technical management measures to carry out the project technical feasibility analysis,and use financial analysis,financial internal rate of return,financial net present value,investment recovery period to analyze the project investment plan and income.This paper makes an attempt to analyze the local ecological environment and government policy for nursery construction,which well facilitates local environmental improvement and social benefit,based on research of nursery construction program context,local physiographic condition and technological&economical advantage.A conclusion about the nursery construction program has been made:the development mode and construction technique of the nursery is mature,the economic profit is significant,the program is fulfilling national requirement for green landscape and economical restructuring strategy of Shanxi Province,and the company's development perspective,which is positive for local seedlings industry growth in a sustainable way.
