| At present,oil-immersed transformers more use transformer oil for conducting heat and the plate radiator dissipating heat.It has many problems,such as low heat dissipation efficiency,large floor area,noise,large amount of oil,etc.Heat pipe is currently one of the most effective heat transfer elements.The heat conduction can be improved by heat pipe instead of transformer oil,and the structure of the heat sink is carried out optimization.So the design and optimized research of heat pipe radiator for oil-immersed transformer have high value of practical application for improving the heat dissipation efficiency and reducing noise.First of all,the heat dissipation technology and research status of oil immersed transformer radiators are deeply analyzed.In view of the existing problems of heat dissipation technology,the structure of heat pipe radiator for oil immersed transformer is designed by using gravity heat pipe and circular fin.To maximize the use of heat pipe characteristics of high efficiency of heat conduction,it theoretically analyzes the influence of heat pipe inclination angle,fin structure(fin pitch,fin radius and fin thickness)and heat pipe arrangement on heat dissipation efficiency of heat pipe radiator.The performance of the heat pipe radiator is designed to verify the feasibility of the scheme and compared the heat dissipation effect when the heat pipe angle is at 30°,45° and 60°,and it prove to be better at 30°.On this basis,combined with the results of numerical simulation,it analyzed the influence of fin structure on heat radiation efficiency.It concludes that the heat dissipation and fin quality can be taken into account when the fin radius range is 60~80mm,the fin spacing range is 8~11mm,and the fin thickness range is 0.7~1mm.Using the response surface method optimize the heat dissipation and fin quality of the fin structure,and the optimal structure of radiator fin was determined as:fin radius 74mm,fin spacing 10mm,fin thickness 0.7mm.Finally,it study the influence of heat pipe arrangement on heat dissipation,and it obtains the heat dissipation effect is better when the heat pipe is staggered.It completes the monolithic construction of heat pipe radiator optimum design.The structure of heat pipe radiator for heat dissipation of oil immersed transformer is designed.Through the optimization results of the parameters of heat pipe inclination angle,fin structure and heat pipe arrangement,it obtains that the heat pipe radiator has better heat dissipation performance,no noise and less transformer volume than the plate radiator,the research and application of heat pipe radiator in the heat dissipation of oil immersed transformer have great significance to ensure the stable and safe operation of transformer and the effective transportation of electric energy. |
