| Centrifugal pump is a widely used general mechanical product,which can be seen in daily life and industrial production,especially single stage single suction centrifugal pump,which is rich in types and wide in quantity.Moreover,with the continuous development of China’s economy,centrifugal pumps,especially single-stage,single suction centrifugal pumps will continue to grow in volume.However,the hydraulic efficiency of most centrifugal pumps in our country is generally lower than that of the similar products in the world,Therefore,we want to produce centrifugal pumps for international advanced levels,and we still have a lot of ways to go.In this paper,through theoretical design,CFD numerical simulation and prototype test verification method,the 100MP200 single stage single suction centrifugal pump hydraulic component is developed and studied.The specific contents are as follows:1)This paper summarizes and expounds the current application status of pump products,the technical gap in the design and production of pump products at home and abroad as well as the development trend of pump industry.2)Starting from the three losses of mechanical loss,volume loss and hydraulic loss of centrifugal pump,how to reduce the three losses of centrifugal pump and how to improve the efficiency and anti cavitation performance of centrifugal pump are analyzed in detail.3)The hydraulic component of 100MP200 centrifugal pump is preliminarily designed by means of speed coefficient method,including the design of impeller,hydraulic design of suction chamber.4)Construction of three-dimensional model of impeller and volute with 3D modeling software CATIA,through the analysis and research on the value of the centrifugal pump impeller outlet width b2,diameter D2,impeller blade simulation number Z,determine the optimum hydraulic model,by comparing with the original model,the effect of hydraulic model improved rate increased by 3.4%.5)the influence of cavitation on the performance of centrifugal pump and the influence of the change of wrap angle on the cavitation performance of centrifugal pump are described.The best cavitation performance of centrifugal pump with the best wrap angle of aboutβ=160 degrees is determined.6)the prototype is developed according to the design content,and the prototype is tested and verified.The test results show that the test performance is basically consistent with the design. |
