In recent years,the power system scale is growing with the increasing demand of electricity,the security and stability of the power grid is increasingly high requirements,the power grid operation mode is also constantly changing.Quanzhou power grid operation and control were established in EMS by relying on high-level system management platform,which is used for SCADA depth function development,advanced application software(PAS),online optimization of voltage and reactive power coordinated control system(AVQC),two power system safety protection,power dispatching data network,with anti accident exercise the function of control personnel training simulation system(DTS),intelligent operation system(OT)application etc..The problem of non-intelligent and artificial inspection of basic data management in Quanzhou power grid does not meet the demand of electric power network expansion and the rapid development of the real problem is the source of research,planning goals and steps to implement the system roughly divided into four steps:move from data source management way,management process specification changes;Comb type grid operation of the actual changes,and according to the type of smart move measures;Check the results of the method of the clear vision,complete system design and implement the function.This paper mainly completes the work and achievements are as follows:(1)the internal documents of CIM grid model output,according to the system model of electrical equipment and parts exposed to explore the key problems,adopt the model of interconnected electrical equipment in the relationship between name and automatic identification technology of the sentence meaning,to check the electrical equipment is connected,to move the work of automation.(2)the use of a particular grid adjustment for proofreading topology model verification code rules,in order to proofread telemetry and remote communication in the process of measuring the incorrect information,make the power grid topology model is correct.(3)due to electrical equipment name changes,to support the control technology of power grid of top after application of different dynamic analysis results will follow change,and cross section within the device and to its naming will conform to the specifications.In order to meet the above requirements,in-depth research and development equipment associated with the section data,real-time topology analysis of the function of auditing,the system of EMS system in the power system of quanzhou executive function module play a big role,which is based on the previous achievements of the research and development of intelligent online quanzhou smart grid mapping model and topology audit module.Regulation of technical support system and analysis of transaction management intelligent automatic checking technology is put into use,will greatly enhance the efficiency of transaction control technology support system,and improve the regulation of technical support system for the accuracy of the data through the automatic inspection technology,ensure the accuracy of the transaction,transaction to ensure timely and accurate and provide reliable technical support for the operation and control.
