With the continuous development of China's high-speed railway construction,the proportion of electrified railway mileage is gradually increasing.The system that supplies power to the electrified railway is the traction power supply system,and the main body that supplies electric energy in the traction power supply system is the contact network.The contact network is the only non-reserved subsystem in the traction power supply system,and its performance is decisive for the normal operation of the locomotive.Due to its multidisciplinary professional crossover,the contact network cannot reflect the complex spatial relationship of the contact network facilities in the traditional two-dimensional design.At the same time,the amount of information carried by the two-dimensional design is limited.The importance of the contact network for the railway makes us want to use the new Technical means,that is,BIM technology to improve or reduce the occurrence of problems.For the contact network BIM model,there is the possibility that the model will be wrong due to manual modeling or over-modulation,and the accuracy of the model is also uncertain.Therefore,the research content of this paper includes the following aspects: First,in the contact network Based on the analysis of the current situation of BIM application and rule inspection research,the BIM-based contact network engineering model rule inspection process is summarized,which is the four stages of model preparation,rule interpretation,model review and review report,and the model verification process is verified by an example.Secondly,the automatic modeling and design system for constructing contact network engineering is proposed,and the component design,3D circuit layout,pillar placement,assembly design,inventory statistics and generation technology route are proposed,and the 3D line coordinate calculation of key technologies in automatic modeling is proposed.The three-dimensional coordinate transformation and the SQLite database are introduced separately.Finally,the automatic modeling examples of the MZ railway contact network project were verified.The four modules of the contact network parameterized family library,line calculation,wrist arm assembly and material statistics were tested.It can be seen from the results of the contact network BIM model test that the model can be detected by the established inspection process,indicating that the model is qualified or not,but the accuracy of the model is still difficult to master,and the automatic modeling tool can be well improved.The problem of model accuracy,to achieve auxiliary design,auxiliary construction site material management,including stocking and cutting.Integrating BIM technology into railway engineering is a global trend,and BIM technology can provide new tools and ways of thinking for contact network engineering.
