As the quality characteristics of aerospace electrical connector is the most important characteristic of separation,separation of tension,separation,separation time and other parameters,and the current domestic mainly uses manual conventional detection methods,the efficiency,accuracy and stability are difficult to be effectively guaranteed,separation performance test system needs to achieve the development of functional.Automatic online detection,meet the testing requirements of modern enterprise.In this thesis,based on the demand of the enterprise,the development of JF14 and JF21 series electrical connector is studied.Aiming at the key technologies in the system development,the effective method of separating the image and the accurate algorithm for extracting the high speed separation edge of the electrical connector are studied.The main contents of this thesis include:1)Discusses the background,purpose and significance of the topic,introduces the electric connector,summarizes the research status and development trend of electric connector and visual detection technology at home and abroad,related concept of vision detection technology and system;2)To test the overall system design,the specific design requirements of enterprise are introduced.The system is put forward on the basis of system design steps,according to the features and functions of the electric connector requirements,the overall structure and module design of the testing system of the decomposition,and detailed design description scheme of test system,mechanical system the control system and software system;3)Research on electrical connector separation image capture method,through the comparison of several filtering method processing tension change curve effect,select the best filtering method,research method and separating time record electrical connectors,and combined tension and image detection summed up the specific implementation plan,finally verify the effect;4)Extraction methods,on electrical connector high-speed separation edge,discusses the research purpose,method and realization process,research status and existing technology,extraction algorithm framework to realize the method,introduces the principle of image processing algorithms involved,and each step of algorithm framework for the effect analysis,screened out the best algorithm;5)To demonstrate the prototype,analysis of the system function and stability of the situation,and under different conditions were tested the maximum separation of electrical connectors and separation time,according to the trend of change summary.
