The natural disaster is highly destructive for the living environment of human beings,and its uncontrollability and difficulty in predictability often cause devastating blows.The geological disaster,one of the most common natural disasters,results in enormous loss for the affected area.In particularly,the earthquake has the most powerful destructiveness,the most extensive impact scope,and the highest degree of damage.Many areas of China are located in the seismic belt with complex landforms and changeable climatic environment,so once natural disaster occurs,it causes more secondary disasters and great inconvenience for people in the affected areas and rescue workers.After the disaster,the power supply concerns the efficiency of the whole disaster relief process as a necessary step.However,under the influence of geological disasters,the key question is how to quickly and safely deliver relief materials to the affected areas.In this paper,regarding the problem that the power supply of disaster relief cannot be quickly moved to the scene under the road damage in the process of disaster relief and all kinds of severe environment conditions in the transportation,a systematic portability analysis and design is conducted for the existing emergency power supply of disaster relief based on the three-protection technology.An emergency power supply of disaster relief that conforms to the environment of disaster relief in a real sense is designed,and some design opinions and thinking are put forward,which provides corresponding basis and reference for emergency product design of disaster relief.By relevant literature review,based on analysis on overall environment of disaster relief in previous research,advantages and' disadvantages of existing emergency power products of disaster relief are dissected thoroughly.Through research comparison,it is found that the existing widely-used emergency power supplies or energy generator of disaster relief are very heavy,which are unable to be carried or transported quickly and severely influence rescue staff's efficiency.However,correspondingly battery power product with good portability features all have some limits in capacity,workload,and environmental requirements.Improper usage or transportation will be dangerous.As emergency power supplier,energy generator or battery charge all have limits in terms of portability.Because the carrying environment of emergency power supply of disaster relief is defined as the affected area,it belongs to outdoor emergency supplies.And it is very easy to cause potential risk as battery products would be impacted by environment.Therefore,with the three-protection technology as the support for the research of power supply portability,portability as design principal and requirement,an emergency power supply of disaster relief with certain three-protection ability and optimal volume which accords with portability characteristic from inside to outside is finally obtained after design and selection for a series of core components,structure,shape,texture,and carrying methods,including using lithium ion battery with high specific power as core,adopting edge-free design to improve power supply's damage resistance,cellular structure design to improve strength and reduce whole quality.In this way,the emergency power supply could be carried by rescue staffs into the affected area in the fastest and safest way under poor conditions so as to perform rescue rapidly to guarantee the life and property safety of the public.
