The shortage of fossil energy and the worsening of the ecological environment are constantly aggravating,which seriously restricts the sustainable development of social economy and even endangers people's physical and mental health.The large-scale use of electric vehicles can solve the problem of vehicle emission and energy shortage,but it has not been well popularized due to the Limited mileage and inconvenient charging.Nowadays,therefore,the dynamic wireless power supply technology for electric vehicles is put forward.This paper studies some related problems of the technology.Firstly,this paper introduces the dynamic wireless power supply technology of electric vehicle based on electromagnetic induction principle,and analyzes the overall structure of the dynamic wireless power supply system of electric vehicle.It mainly includes high-frequency inverter topology,resonant compensation circuit,coupling mechanism design and pick up terminal device.It determines the corresponding structure suitable for application in the dynamic wireless power supply system of electric vehicle.Secondly,the simulation and comparison of the common multi parallel rail power supply mode and the single rail power supply mode are carried out,and the influence of distance between two guideway of multi parallel guideway power supply on coupling performance is further studied.Besides,the influence of the current direction of multi parallel guideway on the magnetic field of parallel primary winding is further studied,and then the simulation analysis of the coil structure type is carried out.According to the design part of the coupling magnetic core structure,the general idea of the design of the electromagnetic coupling magnetic core structure is summarized,and the performance requirements of the new coupling magnetic core structure are elaborated in detail.The dynamic wireless power supply model of three dimensional electric vehicle is established by using Ansoft software,two new types of coupling core structures are proposed,including similar lid type magnetic core structure and similar double L type magnetic core structure in combination with the design objectives and performance requirements.At the same time,two kinds of magnetic core structure combination methods are given.The performance of the new coupled magnetic core structure is deeply analyzed.Then the relationship between the parameters of the radio energy transmission and the transmission performance of the system is studied from the two conditions of the constant voltage and the constant current.For the original constant voltage input system,first,we deeply analyze the influence of each parameter on the transmission efficiency and transmission power of the system.At the same time,it aims at the power supply form of the original multi coil,the influence of mutual inductance between each coil on transmission performance is analyzed in detail,and finally,we study the influencing factors of the output voltage of the pickup terminal.The primary constant current input system,mainly studies the factors influencing the system transmission power between the second,detailed analysis of pickup voltage and parameters for primary constant current input system,mainly studies the factors influencing the transmission power system secondly,detailed changes in the relationship between the output voltage and the analysis of picking up parameters,and on this basis,using a fuzzy control principle of voltage control strategy for voltage based processing.On this basis,a steady voltage control strategy based on fuzzy control principle is proposed to stabilize the voltage.Finally,based on the proposed coupling core structure,a dynamic wireless power supply system experimental platform with composite magnetic core assembly structure is bilt.The electric vehicle can be powered by the power guideway,directly driving the motor to drive the car,the theoretical analysis of this paper is verified by experiments.
