| According to statistics,more than 80%of international trade conducted by shipping.The 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road is an important channel in international shipping.It has undertaken the transaction of goods,energy and other commodities along the region along the line.The foundation of the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road is the interconnection and mutual construction of the countries along the line.The selection of the pivot ports along the line is an important way to follow this construction,while the existing literature is less studied in this respect.Therefore,the selection of 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road pivot port research has important practical significance.Based on this,the article is divided into five parts.First,this paper outlines the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road and the main port,summaries pivot port and the theory of port choosing.Choosing principal component analysis as the port choosing method in this paper through the comparison.Then the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road of strategic pivot ports the influence factors of choosing is analyzed,and according to the influence factors to establish a set of including the port their own conditions,local environment and port evaluation index system for choosing bilateral relations.After that,summaries the present situation of ports along the route and the construction situation of China,and the main component analysis is used to carry out empirical research on the selection of strategic pivot ports,In the comprehensive scoring rankings,Singapore Port,Klang Port,Nehru Port,and Dubai Port scores higher;In the ranking of strategic importance of principal components,Colombo Port,Gwadar Port and,Sihanouk Port have high scores.These ports are suitable for priority construction and become strategic pivot ports.According to the results of empirical analysis,relevant countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.Finally,summaries the research achievements of this paper. |
