Dr.Chuck Eastman presented the concept of an information model that contains all the information about a building project for the first time in the 1970s.In 2002 the United States Autodesk company based on this concept introduced the BIM(Building Information Modeling).BIM technology has been developed rapidly in the past 10 years,with the establishment of BIM technology research team and the development of BIM technology application guidelines in the United States,Britain,Japan and some Nordic countries.In recent years,the Chinese government began to promote the application of BIM in the construction industry,because of its visualization,coordination,simulation,optimization,can be plotted characteristics quickly recognized by all parties.With the deepening of BIM technology in the construction process,the scope of its influence from the initial design extended to the project management.In the construction process,construction contract management as one of the core of the whole project management,influenced by BIM to a certain extent.While BIM reducing the traditional risks,but also produced the model accuracy guarantee,intellectual property ownership and other new risks.This paper mainly studies the risk assessment of construction contract management under the environment of BIM technology.The concrete frame as following:(1)Related theoretical research.Through the research of the current situation of domestic and foreign,defined the concept of BIM,construction project contract management and construction contract management risk,summarized three major characteristics and five advantages of BIM,and the characteristics of construction contract management.This paper focused on the concept of construction contract management risk,introduced the five methods commonly used in risk identification of construction contract,and pointed out the influencing factors of risk.(2)Build a risk assessment system.This paper analyzes the influence of 4D,5D,collaborative work and cloud computing on the progress of contract management,cost and text management of traditional construction projects.According to the five principles of risk assessment index selection and the identification process of risk index,by studying the risks of traditional construction contract management and the risk of construction contract management in BIM environment,the risk assessment list is constructed from the construction side.Using the questionnaire survey,24 risk assessment indexes were sorted out from the risk assessment list,construct the risk assessment index system of construction contract management in BIM environment from construction side.(3)Conduct risk assessment.The hierarchy entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive assessment method are used to assess the construction contract management risk.The weight of each index in the assessment index system is determined by the hierarchy entropy method,which not only reduces the complexity of the calculation,but also improves the objectivity.The risk assessment of construction contract management of D university library project is carried out by fuzzy comprehensive assessment.Risk assessment results can objectively reflect the risk level of construction unit contract management,and the risk level of the second indicators in the risk assessment system,the contract management personnel with the characteristics of the project,take corresponding risk control measures timely.(4)Proposed risk control measures.According to calculate the weight of the assessment indexs,the main risk factors and the secondary risk factors are divided by the weight.The control measures of the main risk factors and the secondary risks factors are put forward,which can provides reference for the construction unit to do well,and help the contract management personnel to effectively control the risk of construction contract management in the construction contract management of BIM project.
