The smart grid needs a large number of intelligent devices in the construction process,in order to cater to the needs of the construction of smart grid,make better control of high voltage circuit breaker,high voltage circuit breaker can also ensure reliable operation,modern intelligent control technology demonstrated unique advantages,also received a number of research scholars.Taking the high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker as the research object and the motor operation mechanism technology as the core technology,the author has carried out a series of studies,mainly studying the characteristics of the circuit breaker's breaking and closing,the motion process control method and so on.The author's work has the following points:(1)Through in-depth analysis of the components of servo motor operation mechanism,the control models of servo motor operating mechanism control system,such as current loop,speed loop and position loop,are given,and the curve tracking simulation of the contact speed characteristics of the vacuum interrupter is carried out.By analyzing the simulation results,we find that the response speed of the analysis system constructed by PID control method is very slow,and it is easy to make errors in the early stage of analysis,and it has a negative impact on the system.(2)According to the characteristics of the vacuum circuit breaker servo motor,we hope to make up with the conventional PID.Because the conventional PID has many advantages,is the biggest advantage of fast response,so we propose a method based on Fuzzy Immune speed PWM servo tracking intelligent control method,the method to meet the space vector PWM control,the control method,can guarantee the voltage amplitude adjustment in steady state changes.According to the simulation analysis results of the system,we find that the new method is less error than the traditional method,and the system's robustness is better,and it can also achieve the precise control of permanent magnet motor.As a whole,the new method is more powerful than the traditional method.(3)For the control of the object of study of nonlinear,large inertia,instantaneous starting,high current characteristics,in order to facilitate the realization of a real-time control algorithm and complex system,DSP+FPGA+ chip CPU structure digital circuit breaker servo motor actuator control system is developed.(4)The control experiment system of the motor operating mechanism is set up,which aims at the operation state of the mechanism: the operation of the switch,the speed tracking and so on.The experimental results show that the developed control system can effectively control the operating state of the motor operating mechanism.
