Due to the different service time and inspection period that various types of measuring instruments have,it makes difficult for enterprises to finish the complex measuring instruments management tasks.However,the manual and semi-manual ways are used to manage information for most enterprises.There exists such problems that the measuring instruments should be used in effective way,be inspected on time,find and complement the damaged and unqualified products,measure the status rapidly and reflect the current condition of government.All these problems contribute to the measuring instruments scientific,normative.So the improvement on efficiency of enterprise management and the circument of delaying the normal use of instruments by leaking inspection has become important driver for research on measuring instruments management platform.Therefore,it's essential to design and implement a fast and efficient measuring instruments management platform for enterprise.On the basis of the research and analysis of procedure for the measuring instruments management,a public service platform for it is designed and implemented.It consists of eight submodules,namely swift query,measuring instruments management,price inquiry,enterprise inspection,inspection registration,statistic chart,query function and system management.The platform is based on ASP.NET technology,adopts the B/S architecture,and uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as the development tool,C#as the development language and Oracle as the database management system.The platform implements the full life-cycle management for measuring instruments information,including uploading and downloading files,inquiring price and quoting price automatically,creating commission sheet,importing and exporting files,printing statistic charts and so on.The data can be accessed and manipulated with the ADO.NET,stored procedure and transaction mechanism in the high execution efficiency and fast query speed.According to the different responsibilities of users,the platform implements strict access control.The business procedure of the measuring instruments management is standardized through the platform in the meantime.In this thesis,firstly,the project background,the development purpose and the presentation of the subject are mentioned,and the structure of the thesis is given.Then,the key technologies used in the platform are introduced briefly.In the part of platform analysis,the specific function are described firstly by analyzing business procedure,and the data flow charts of each level are given respectively,and development environment of the platform are described.In the part of platform design,the overall design is proposed and then the concrete design of each module is given in detail,and the database design is introduced with typical E-R diagram and some database tables at last.In the part of platform implementation,the detailed implementation and the key technologies of each module are described.In the part of platform test,the unit test,integration test,validation test and stress testing are introduced,and then the test conclusion is given.At last,the work in this thesis is summarized and the further steps are prospected.
