Design And Implementation Of Measuring Instruments Management System Of Based Of NFC

Office automation software is a necessary daily software for many companies in the world.The traditional paper office is prone to a lot of management loopholes,data fraud problems.In the mean time,huge amount of basic data archiving will take up a lot of time,space,labor costs and money.Nowadays computer terminal and the aid of mobile devices has become the main trend of Office Automation development in our county.This paper designs the professional function module of measuring instrument management based on office automation software,PHP technology and NFC technology.Development and design of the system from the current company office automation system deficiencies.The management of measuring instruments is required by relevant laws and regulations.Based on this,several management modules such as management of measuring instruments repair function,manage function,purchasing function and so on are designed in this paper.At the same time,relying on the existing NFC technology,all items can be well identified by the mobile terminal equipment.Using this system,measuring instruments can be effectively managed while improving efficiency,greatly reduce company's operating costs and investment of human resources.
