Light scattering materials are widely used in the display,backlight,billboards,lighting and other fields,high-quality light scattering material can improve the utilization of light and display visual effects.With the rapid development of lighting technology,light scattering materials research has become a hot spot.At present,the basic research of light scattering materials still remain in the empirical science,looking for a variety of materials through blending to obtain high transmittance and high haze materials.According to the theory of light scattering,the relationship between light scattering and particle property is studied,which is helpful to find out the purpose and theory of the new light scattering material.Based on the theory of particle scattering,the scattering coefficient of spherical particles under different parameters is calculated,and the relation between particle parameters and scattering coefficients is obtained.The effect of different particle parameters on the diffusion coefficient of light diffusion plate was studied by optical software simulation.According to the requirement of the lighting design,the light diffusion pattern,the energy distribution and the energy efficiency are analyzed.The result shows that the light diffusing plate satisfies the linear system approximately under the small angle parallel light incident condition.Method for Obtaining the Transfer Function Curve of Light Diffusion Plate.A combination of optical diffuser plate and TIR lens is used to form a secondary optical system,and a precise optical control scheme is proposed.The program ensures the distribution of light type at the same time,can greatly reduce the glare of the light source to achieve the precise distribution of light and eliminate glare for high-end lamps provide an important technical means.
