With the continuous construction and development of Haixi power grid,the grid structure is becoming more and more perfect and complex,and the operation mode of the power grid is more frequent.A lot of relay protection devices often have a number of set values in the normal operation of the set to cope with the different operation of the transformer substation.However,once the operation mode of the regional power grid has changed,the dispatching department will give different content and require the maintenance personnel to modify the value of the protection device in time.Obviously,the protection device is not static,it will be adjusted with the change of operation mode,and the power grid operation mode,so as to ensure the safe operation of the power grid.Building a set of application system which has the function of revising and checking the remote non power cut,has become the need of the development of power grid.It would be good to improve work efficiency,save manpower and maintenance cost,and can be completed online check and data call,the sub station of the setting value of monitoring work,in order to meet the requirements of production of electric power system.Based on the analysis of the remote setting changes the realization mechanism of the basis,according to the operation status of power grid in Zhangzhou,studied in the Zhangzhou area to build remote setting the feasibility and practicability of the modified system,analyzes the remote fixed value function demand changes,put forward the overall design scheme of remote changes in the system;the distributed system technology in the design of the system,the communication distance change and set the value of the technical content of component design,formed a relatively independent of the general and reusable software component.The protection component design setting methods,which can be used as relay protection and fault information system components,and to establish a relatively independent constant distance setting system based on integrated automation system;for the complex diversity of communication protocol and information protection technology encountered in the implementation process description of the model,based on hierarchical software system architecture design,proposes a communication layer component design,component communication layer can realize assembly operation,so as to realize the conversion of different communication protocols to the unified data interface;to Shandong Alexander Power Technology Co.Ltd.as the main equipment,to all existing substations in Zhangzhou area municipalities directly under the central government for the network design and Implementation of the fulcrum,Zhangzhou area remote setting correction system;finally,Zhangzhou area Remote setting changes of system security are analyzed,from the protection of information transmission process,effects of transmission delay,bit error and environmental disturbance and other aspects of the protection of information accuracy are analyzed,and puts forward some corresponding measures.The research work of this paper has good popularization and application value for the electric power operation and maintenance department.
