| In this dissertation,the typical winding of induction motor was replaced by the ring winding,and a new type motor with ring winding was manufactured,and the design and optimization for the ring winding induction motor were carried out.Firstly,the geometric topology structure of ring winding were introduced.According to its structural feature,the formation principle of magnetic circuit in ring winding induction motor,as well as the similarities and differences between the ring winding and the typical winding were analyzed systematically.Based on the magnetic linkage method and the assumed conditions,the calculation formula of stator resistance and stator end leakage were modified to set the stage for the ring winding induction motor design and analysis.Secondly,the design scheme specially for the ring winding induction motor was presented according to the modifier formula,and the basic size of a prototype machine was determined according to the scheme.By using the finite element method,the three dimensional vortex flow field of ring winding end and twodimensional transient field of ring winding induction motor were both calculated.As a result,the magnetic density distribution diagrams,the magnetic lines distribution diagrams,the mechanical characteristic curves and the air gap radial magnetic density waveform figures were presented,then the magnetic density waveform was transformed by Fast Fourier Method for the harmonic analysis.Then the prototype motor was tested,to validate the accuracy of the modified design method for the ring winding induction motor.Then,the improved opinions against the deficiencies of birotor ring winding induction motor were proposed and the improved structures of stator and rotor,the improved models of equivalent magnetic circuit and electric circuit were introduced.According to the motor structural feature,the design method specially for the birotor ring winding induction motor was proposed with a combination of the design method for ring winding induction motor and the rotor inner diameter iterative method for external rotor induction motor.Finally,the basic size of a prototype machine was determined by using the design method specially for the birotor ring winding induction motor.Based on the three-dimensional finite element method,the motor performance simulation analysis and magnetic field transient analysis were conducted to verify the feasibility and practicability of the improved design method,and the article concludes with a comparison of the performance data between the new-type induction motor and the traditional Y-series induction motor with the same output power and pole-pair number. |
