In mechanical industry,mechanical parts surface topography,not only to the mechanical system of the friction and wear,contact stiffness,fatigue strength,cooperate with nature and great influence on mechanical properties such as the transmission accuracy,but also with the heat! Physical properties such as conductivity and corrosion resistance have close relations,which harm the work of the machinery and equipment,reliability,accuracy,vibration resistance and service life,etc.Surface morphology and machining processing methods and processing parameters in the process of not only closely related,and the texture features to a great extent,determines the performance of the parts.Studying the characteristics of machining surface texture characteristics and friction to achieve the improvement of the friction,wear and lubrication and control to provide technical basis.This article adopts the method of plane grinding materials of 45#steel commonly used in mechanical parts,some mesh texture of the rules of the specimen surface modification by tester specimen surface topography measurement processing,using the statistical parameter of surface topography contour height arithmetic mean,micro roughness height of ten,microscopic roughness profile of the average spacing,evaluate the surface morphology,surface morphology characterization parameters and grinding surface texture were analyzed.Processing parameters.Specimen material related to\"the results show that the grinding surface topography is not only closely related with process parameters in the process of machining,and its texture features to a great extent,affected the surface topography parameters.Using HSR-2m type high speed reciprocating friction and wear testing machine to test the friction performance of different grinding Angle of mesh texture morphology,dry friction and lubrication friction test points,two kinds of state test scheme is determined,obtained a series of different grinding surface texture of friction factor and friction factor chart data,and according to different grinding grain surface and the surface of the test conditions are factor analysis,to study the different grinding Angle of mesh texture direction,affect the performance of surface friction lubrication conditions.
