The development of a country can not do without the progress of industry.The development of industry reflects the rise and fall of a country to a certain extent.As an inexhaustible motive force for industrial development,energy plays an important role in the process.In the traditional way of burning coal,which produces a large number of polluting gases,such as CO2 will lead to global warming phenomenon,NOx not only damage the atmosphere when the human body inhalation will have some toxic effects.In this paper,we mainly study a new type of combustion that names chemical looping combustion,which not only can make almost zero emission of NOx,but also can separate CO2 with low energy consumption.Chemical looping combustion environment temperature is low,the oxygen carrier in the air reactor and the fuel reactor reciprocating process,not only in the two reactors to achieve the material recycling,but also oxygen carrier can carry heat to make thermal resources cascade utilization.The fuel reactor in the chemical looping and the whole bed structure are selected as the simulation objects.Based on the two-fluid model,the flow model of the gas-solid phase in the reactor and the reaction model between the gas-solid phases are established.The flow of fuel inside the chemical reactor as well as the combustion process.In the fuel reactor,two kinds of fuels,biomass and coal,were selected to study the combustion process of the solid fuel in the fuel reactor respectively.The pyrolysis products of both were compared with those of the oxygen carrier.Analysis of the radial distribution of particle concentration in the fuel reactor;radial and axial velocity analysis of particles in the fuel reactor;analysis of the relationship between the particle temperature and the particle concentration,and the selection of biomass as a multi-factorial in the fuel reactor is more reasonable.The whole bed structure of biomass chemical looping was selected as a simulation object to simulate the complete cyclic process of the oxygen carrier in the chemical looping in the fuel reactor and the air reactor.The gas components and the gas phase temperature of the chemical products were analyzed respectively.
