As the requirement of mechanical power to the power density increasing,the requirement of mechanical system components has higher dynamic performance,and lubrication can not only improve the vibration of the mechanical system components,such as noise,stability,dynamic performance,and can improve the friction and wear of contact surface conditions,so as to improve the work efficiency of mechanical components,prolong its service life.Therefore,it is very important to improve the dynamic performance of the system in the research system.In this paper,the importance and necessity of the tribological kinetic coupling study of friction pairs are put forward based on the development history of elastoflow lubrication theory and the research status of friction pairs under EHL state.Then we introduce a method to solve the steady state elastoflow problem-compound direct iteration method.Based on this algorithm,the mathematical model of steady state and pure extrusion unsteady state two kinds of elastic flow problems is established,and its solution idea is introduced,and the related program algorithm is written.Based on the oil film pressure and oil film thickness distribution diagram,the basic characteristics of the two kinds of elastic flow problems are analyzed,which lays a foundation for the study of dynamic characteristics of friction pairs under unsteady state elastoflow lubrication.In this paper,the stiffness and damping calculation model of the friction pair under free vibration condition and harmonic excitation are established.By coupling the elastomer theory with the dynamical equations,the relationship variables between them are found.Online contact play down,free vibration,simple harmonic excitation is established under the disturbance of tribology,dynamics coupled solution model,according to the order of coupling of research methods for different operating conditions for the analysis of coupling model,the friction pair is obtained under different time medium oil film pressure and the changing rule of the oil film thickness and vibration response curve of the friction pair;According to the vibration response curve obtained before,the friction pair stiffness and friction pair damping are calculated according to the stiffness and damping calculation model of friction pairs.On this basis,analyzed the different quality,different incentives and incentives such as the frequency of the parameters on the dynamic characteristics,the influence of the friction pair and the stiffness and damping of friction pair as the change of speed and load parameters are analyzed.The results show that the stiffness of friction pairs increases with the increase of load and decreases with the increase of velocity.The damping of friction pairs decreases with the increase of load and the increase of velocity.
