With the development of mechanical equipment towards high speed and high power,the role of lubrication is increasingly important.Lubrication can not only reduce friction and prevent wear,but also have a significant impact on the dynamic performance of the system.Just as the dynamic pressure lubricating film of sliding bearings has an important effect on the dynamic performance of the bearing-rotor system,the lubricating film between the contact pairs of gears,rolling bearings and cams also has a great influence on the dynamic performance of the system.The dynamic characteristics of oil film under dynamic pressure of sliding bearings have been studied systematically and deeply,but the dynamic characteristics of elastohydrodynamic oil film are still lacking.Therefore,the study on the dynamic characteristics of elastohydrodynamic film has attracted people's attention in recent years.It is of great significance to study the dynamic characteristics of the Elastohydrodynamic friction pair for further understanding the influence of Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication on the dynamic characteristics of the system and improving and promoting the dynamic design of the whole mechanical system.In this paper,the elastohydrodynamic coupling system equation of the linear contact elastohydrodynamic lubrication friction pair is established by simplifying the elastohydrodynamic film as spring damping and equating the friction pair as the parameter mass.Two methods of identifying and calculating the stiffness and damping of the Elastohydrodynamic friction pair are analyzed and compared: the method of identifying the stiffness and damping of the friction pair by the free vibration curve of the friction pair and the method of identifying the stiffness and damping of the friction pair by the damping ring of the friction pair under the simple harmonic excitation.In a wide range of parameters,the influence of load and velocity on the dynamic characteristic coefficient of Linear Contact Elastohydrodynamic friction pair is studied and analyzed;In addition,the effects of parameters such as input torque,modulus,rotational speed and transmission ratio on the meshing stiffness and meshing damping of involute spur spur gear are studied.
