Along with the rapid development of the global economy,the energy crisis has gradually become a common topic among all countries.As a result,how to solve the energy crisis and improve the living environment has become the subject of scholars’ research.Electric vehicle industry came into being,and a series of related studies of charging and substation with it should not be neglected.How to Realize the Planning and Construction of Electric Vehicle Charging and substation is inseparable from the analysis and research on the site selection.In this paper,the load demand of electric vehicles is forecasted at first.Because the load demand forecast of electric vehicles is the basis of site selection,collecting load data and analyzing the law of its development can scientifically predict the demand law of electric vehicles.Therefore,System planning,the load demand forecast is particularly important.However,due to the lack of accumulated data,and the relatively strong randomness of electric vehicle charging,a series of factors make this part of the analysis more difficult.In this paper,several forecasting methods are developed,which are based on Monte Carlo statistical simulation,mathematic method of dynamic differential equation,and based on the energy equivalent electric vehicle load forecasting method.In this paper,Monte Carlo simulation prediction analysis Method to study,on the basis of random sampling statistics to study the load forecasting can better adapt to its randomness.Through the analysis and research of the charge and discharge behavior of the vehicle owners,the charging habits of the vehicle owners are simulated and a probabilistic model with randomness is established to predict the charging time,charging location and charging capacity(load requirements)of the vehicle in a certain period of time.At the same time according to different types of vehicles to be charging mode of division,so that the model more accurate.Then,this paper analyzes the location of EV charging station,and based on the division of power supply area,it can divide the service range of charging station,using Monte Carlo method to predict the charging demand,and determine the initial site of EV charging station Distribution point,and then use the center of gravity method to optimize the site selection,and ultimately be charging station replacement site layout map.Finally,this paper analyzes the application of charging and discharging substations as load power supply,charging and discharging substations also affect the planning and construction of power grids as the facilities for energy supply of electric vehicles.In this paper,based on the site layout of EV substation,select the appropriate location of EV charging station,EV charging station as an important load emergency backup power access line,the optimal section switch settings as the research object,The optimal allocation modelof line switches based on partition classification,investment and maintenance costs,power supply and outlet constraints and system power outage loss is established.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are proved by the example analysis.
