In the research and studying process of space payload,the development cycle is long and the process is complex.It needs to undergo three stages of initial payload,identification,and payload.During the development process,it is necessary to perform long-term testing and joint debugging of the payload.For verifying the reliability and function of the payload product.Ground inpection system defines exactly the same interface and unit as the payload controller.It fully simulates the payload controller to realize the detection of the load products and plays an important role in the testing and joint debugging.The ground detection system consists of the ground inspection electronics board and upper machine software.The ground inpection system realizes +29V power supply for onboard magnetometer ICU board,relay on/off control,scientific data communication,analog acquisition and other functions.Through the experimental operation,the online test data is given to proVe that the ground detection system possesses all the functions and conditions of testing the magnetometer,the operation is stable,and the test work in each stage is successfully performed.The load product on-board magnetometer is mainly used for high-precision measurement of space Vector magnetic field within ±2000n T,resolution is less than 0.01nT,internal noise is less than 0.01nT,on-board magnetometer from the sensor probe,front-end analog electronics Board,digital processing electronics board,Magnetometer Stretcher mechanism,basic principle of sensor probe[4]is to use Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction to generate an induced magnetic field in the sensor probe signal coil,using the amplitude of the second harmonic of the signal coil as the strength of the magnetic field signal,and then the front-end electronic processing board and the digital electronic processing board Magnetic field signals are conditioned and processed.This article mainly introduces the program design and function implementation of magnetometer,which mainly includes:1.In the part of introducing the on-board magnetometer,the technical principle and technical background of the on-board magnetometer are mainly introduced;2.In the part of the overall design of the hardware,the design and composition of the hardware components of the magnetometer are mainly introduced.For each design module,the principle of the module and the function and performance of the chip are described.3.In the part of hardware logic design,first describe the overall hardware logic design framework,and then describe the specific design of each hardware logic module from top to bottom.4.In the simulation part of the important logic module,the simulation design of each hardware logic module is given,and then a specific simulation and a simulation diagram are given to Verify the rationality of the logic module design.5.In the system testing and Verification section,the upper computer software used in the testing process is introduced first,and then the specific hardware modules are tested,and the test Verification results are given.
