The cost of IGBT increases exponentially with the in crease of voltage,so the diode or thyristor based rectifiers are now widely used in metallurgical electrolysis,high voltage direct current transmission,and ship electric propulsion system which is the place in high voltage level,high power.And it is causes a series of power quality issues,such as harmonic pollution,low power factor and operation loss of the transformer.Based on this,this thesis presents a controllably inductive power filtering(CIPF)method with the new filtering mechanism,and combined with the Euler-Lagrange energy model to design the controller of the system.Compared with the traditional filtering scheme,this scheme can both harmonic governance,low equipment capacity and the lower loss of transformer and so on many aspects of advantages,enhance the safety stability of the transformer.In this paper,a series of research work is carried on the theory of induction and regulation filtering,and the innovative achievements are summarized as follows:Firstly,the advantages of multi-function and multi-objective of electric power induction filter is described.After that,the new filtering mechanism of the inductive filtering technology is analyzed in detail.Then the equivalent circuit model and the mathematical model are established,base on it,the compensation reference value for the control system can be obtained.Through the analysis of the harmonic spectrum scanning diagram under different tuning branches,the scheme of the type selection is given,and the design formula of the detailed parameters is given.Based on the optimal design principle of the DC side voltage of the inverter,analyzed the influence of the value of DC side voltage after the transformer,and describe it by the three-dimensional diagram as the theoretical basis in the similar problem.The selection method of IGBT device is given by using the mode of inverter commutation.In order to improve the control precision and dynamic characteristics of the power induction control filter,the Euler Lagrange model of the device is established and the energy model control strategy adapted to the system is designed according to the passive characteristics of the power induction and control filter.On the one hand,the passive balancing control has excellent damping characteristics,which can reach the filtering performance of the power induction filter,and improve the control precision and dynamic characteristic of the system.On the other hand,the control strategy can reach the indirect current control of the filter branch by controlling the output voltage of the inverter port,so it can ensure the control effect of the device that the inverter can still be very good.In order to verify the theoretical research of this paper,the model was established in Matlab Simulink,and a small power experimental prototype is constructed by using the laboratory conditions.This paper introduces the experimental prototype in detail,and the filter performance test is carried out for the system experimental prototype.The experimental results and simulation results verify the theoretical analysis.
