At present,because of the popularity of mobile phones and computers,and increasingly busy work,the number of cervical spondylosis among college students and white-collar workers is increasing year by year,thus cervical spondylosis is threatening the health of people step by step.Cervical traction is the most common method for cervical spondylosis prevention and early treatment.But at present,the standard of the three elements of cervical vertebra traction has not been made.The traction power of the traction equipment is not enough,and the angles of traction do not follow the axial direction of the cervical vertebra,which leads to the traction of the real action conduct to the cervical vertebrae is little.The experience of attending doctors largely determines the effect of treatment.This paper designs and develops a new type of traction equipment for cervical vertebra,and introduces its overall structure and working principle.Through consulting a large number of documents,combined with the clinical symptoms of various types of cervical spondylosis,we worked out the multi-functional treatment plan of the traction equipment.According to the treatment of this equipment,a whole cervical spine model with skull was established.The cervical spine CT image data of DICOM format continuous tomography data were read through software Mimics 17,and the whole cervical spine mesh model was established.In the reverse engineering software Geomagic Studio13,the "bridge method" was used to establish a close intervertebral disc model with the vertebrae,at the same time,the skull,cervical vertebra and intervertebral disc were transformed into the CAD entity model.A solid CAD model of the whole cervical spine was established.Then the model is imported into Hypermesh13 software,and the 1D beam element is used to simulate the ligament model,The model is meshed and its unit attribute is given.At last,the model was imported into Ansys software,and the three-dimensional finite element model of the whole cervical spine was established,to verify the validity.Accordingto the treatment method of this equipment,this study simulates the finite element model by adding traction and traction angle,and draws the corresponding conclusion.The deformation in the Z direction and maximum strain of the cervical intervertebral disc take on the law of from small to large and then to small.In this paper,a cervical traction device is designed and developed,and the corresponding three-dimensional finite element model of the whole cervical spine is established and simulated.The device can provide multi-angle traction and treat different types of cervical spondylosis.What's more,the data obtained from the finite element model of the whole cervical spine and the changes in the internal stress and strain of the intervertebral disc can provide theoretical basis and guidance for the equipment and clinical treatment.This study can provide reference and targeted traction treatment for the improvement of traction equipment and different cervical spondylosis respectively.
