Design Of Nursing Instrument For Cervical Vertebra With Multi-mode Interactive Intervention

The existing cervical spine prevention and treatment instruments often reduce the user’s viscosity due to physical discomfort such as tingling and numbness,body position limitation and so on,thus reducing or losing the long-term use effect.How to enhance the validity of immediate feedback of products and enhance users’ awareness and confidence in cervical protection has become the focus and focus of improvement research on cervical prevention products.This paper adopts multi-mode organic fusion interactive technology to design cervical vertebra nursing instrument for the prevention of cervical diseases for young users.The DMADV process of six sigma design was applied to the development and design of cervical spondylosis prevention products.Aiming at the high incidence group of cervical spondylosis--young desk workers,a two-way user analysis model and a functional system diagram were built to accurately and comprehensively obtain user needs and complete the mapping transformation to the specific prevention and intervention function of the product.Using the technology of "multi-mode intelligent interactive fusion",a diversified feedback mechanism of four modes of vision,hearing,touch and smell is constituted.By collecting and analyzing the physiological experimental data of target users,such as EMG,skin electricity and heart rate variability,the standard parameter values of product functions are obtained,so as to provide users with a more safe,comfortable,all-round and humanized user experience.The appearance factor,man-machine size and technology implementation principle of the product were comprehensively considered to generate the product design scheme of cervical nursing instrument,and the Ergolab man-machine environment synchronous testing equipment was used to evaluate the validity of the product.Compared with similar products,the use of multimodal interaction fusion of cervical spine care instrument products in terms of intervention function has better multi-sensory experience with immediate feedback,the product can enhance people’s awareness and achieve early prevention initiative to prevent cervical spondylosis,the purpose of the new concept of health management and service system of our country’s promotion has positive significance.
