According to state regulations,the power supply mode of low-voltage distribution station is three-phase four-wire or three-phase five-wire system and 380V/220V voltage power supply.In this mode,it is necessary to satisfy the problem of three-phase dynamic load,single-phase electricity load and uneven distribution of load,which adversely affected the power supply capacity and power supply quality of the grid equipment.As China’s distribution network automation development is lagging behind,low-voltage power grid equipment automation started late and insufficient coverage area,three-phase unbalance problem has not been greatly improved.In this case,the three-phase load automatic balancing system came into being,which automatically switches through the load to achieve distribution load and voltage automatic balance.This paper expounded the control measures of current three-phase unbalance,analyzed the reason about the three-phase unbalance in the distribution area,This paper introduced the development and application of the large data platform in Shandong distribution network.According to real-time data collection of the distribution transformer and the actual current,voltage of low voltage equipment,this paper identification and screening of three phase unbalance constraints in distribution network regulations to realize screening of the three phase unbalance control data in time.Load switch without power-down means that the electrical equipment would not lost electrical if the power cut time under 20ms.which gives theoretical support for the load transfer switch using in three-phase unbalance.Based on the large data platform of distribution network,the application of real-time data of on-line inspection system,such as distribution automation,electricity information collection and so on,combined with the current situation of low voltage distribution network in Liao cheng area,this paper put forward the development method of three-phase load automatic balance system.Through the study of three-phase load automatic balancing device,this paper established a mathematical model of multi-objective optimal phase change for three phase load balancing and genetic algorithm was used to obtain the optimal solution.A complete three-phase load balancing strategy is formed.Through the study of the load curve and load distribution of the heavy load unbalanced platform,the installation position and the load switching priority of the switch are reasonably determined.In this paper,the actual application of three-phase load automatic balancing system is carried out.It is verified that the system can effectively reduce the loss of the platform and improve the reliability of the operation of the power grid equipment.
