The domestic low-voltage distribution network adopts three-phase four-wire system,and is mainly based on single-phase load,which is characterized by large fluctuations and irregularities.Generally,when the one-phase or two-phase load has large fluctuations,the three-phase unbalance of the low-voltage power grid will rise,affecting the safe and effective operation of the low-voltage power grid,and also causing the line loss of the low-voltage station area to increase,which increases the operation of the enterprise.Cost and security risks.Thesis mainly studies the three-phase unbalance problem in the low-voltage power distribution station based on the intelligent commutation switch.The intelligent commutation switch is a device that can perform load commutation.It is mainly composed of two parts,one is the control part and the other part is the execution part.The control part issues a command to the execution part,thereby performing load commutation,so that the three-phase load is distributed as evenly as possible to reduce the three-phase unbalance of the line.Thesis firstly compares and analyzes the current calculation methods for calculating three-phase unbalance,and uses Matlab software to simulate and analyze the three-phase unbalance phenomenon,and compares and visually observes the difference between three-phase load imbalance and balance.Then,the main factors affecting the three-phase unbalance are analyzed,and the multi-objective optimization function and constraints of intelligent commutation switch based on cultural genetic algorithm are established.Then the three-phase load imbalance control based on intelligent commutation switch is proposed.The overall scheme,and the above model is solved by cultural genetic algorithm and adaptive function.In addition,the paper analyzes the software and hardware of the intelligent commutation switch,including the system acquisition module,information conditioning module and control template,and produces the prototype for the pilot.Through the application of the intelligent commutation switch in the pilot station of Shaanxi Geoelectric Power Co.,Ltd.,the safety and economic aspects of the intelligent commutation switch are analyzed.It is proved that the intelligent commutation switch can effectively reduce the three-phase of the line.The balance degree,while improving the operational reliability of the low-voltage power grid,effectively reduces the line loss of the station area,and improves the economic and social value of the enterprise to a certain extent.
