The research of the micro feed system is an important approach to realize the ultr a-precision machining technology.Because of the existence of creeping motion,the c onventional electromechanical transmission system is difficult to achieve stable and u niform micro feed,and can not meet the needs of ultra-precision machining now.A d ouble drive micro feed system based on nut rotating ball screw pair is designe d and developed in our laboratory.It can effectively avoid the influence of the low speed crawling of electromechanical componentson the precision of the sy stem.In this paper,the low speed feed characteristics of a novel dual drive micro fee d system under actual friction conditions are studied.The main contents are as follow s:1)The dynamic modeling of each joint part of the dual-drive system are carr ied out.The dynamic characteristics of the dual-drive system are analyzed by ANSYS software.2)By analyzing the motion synthesis in the dual-drive syste m,the dynamic model of the dual-drive system is set up under the influence o f the friction factor and the components and the stiffness of the joint on the a ctual displacement.Considering the actual situation,the corresponding friction models are chosen to describe the friction components in the double drive syst em.3)An improved differential evolution algorithm is proposed as the method of frict ion parameter identification.The Matlab is used to design the simulation contrast test to verify the excellent performances of the improved differential evolution algorith m in the Stribeck friction model parameter identification.4)Through the experimen t,the friction model of the dual drive micro feed system is identified.According to th e block diagram of the dual-drive system,the simulation model of the dual-drive syste m under the influence of actual friction factors is established by Simulink,and the lo w speed feed performance of the dual-drive system is analyzed.
