With the rapid development of global market economy,new products emerge in endlessly.The customer orders of discrete manufacturing enterprises gradually transform from the traditional single lines and mass production to the customization product varieties or small-batch production.In order to quickly response to personalized needs of customers,at the same time to meet the requirements of customers for product delivery,job-shop manufacturing process puts more emphasis on the requirement of flexible production scheduling.The production organization mode and the present situation of production scheduling are analyzed foucing on grinding machine series products in M CNC machine tool C o LTD.Due to the long product cycle and the chaos caused by various kinds of materials,the production process cannot be controlled,the scheduling plan cannot be implemented on time,and finally the delivery time is extended.The scheduling of flexible shop in bulk distribution,and solves these problems such as extensive management of long period operations,task scheduling and rescheduling of multi-objective constraints is studied in this thesis.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows :A flexible job-shop scheduling method based on MBOM is proposed to solve the problems existing in the practical application of flexible operation workshop focusing on long product cycle of discrete manufacturing industry.This method firstly constructs a flexible operation workshop task decomposition and combination scheduling model based on MBOM.Considering the priority of the task,the optimal scheduling solution is obtained by introducing the heuristic compound dispatch rule with obvious lagged cost.Finally the validity of this method is verified by an example.Baesd on the optimal operation scheduling that obtained by the MBOM,a scheduling optimization model with multi-objective constraint is established.The complete set,operational resource and material consumption leveling constraints are further considered in the new scheduling optimization model.The optimal scheduling scheme is obtained by using genetic algorithm to optimiz e the total weighted lag time of operation task.The validity and feasibility of this method are verified by the case comparison.Then,a flexible workshop scheduling information management system is designed and developed,based on the above research content and research results.It mainly includes eight basic functions such as system management,basic data management,product process management,data collection management,warehouse material management,plan management,and then product management and rep ort management structure.Finally,this manufacturing execution system is applied to the digital workshop of M machine tool company.It has achieved good application effect.The research results of this paper can effectively guide the scheduling of discret e manufacturing flexible job shop,and improve the informatization degree and core competitiveness of enterprises.
