With the rapid development of national aeronautical technology,the stability,reliability and accuracy of the aviation steering gear are crucial to the overall performance improvement of the aircraft.How to accurately measure and control the performance parameters of the aviation steering gear to ensure the stability of the aviation steering gear has become one of the important research directions in the field of intelligent measurement and control.In the view of the current situation that the measurement and control technology of the aviation steering gear is not highly Intelligentized and the precision of the measurement and control is not enough,this thesis has designed and finished a measurement and control system of the aviation steering gear based on the Lab VIEW platform,and applied a high-precision performance data acquisition card and a main control unit to realize the real-time monitoring and control of the performance parameters for aviation steering gear.This thesis analysised in details the requirements measurement and control functions of the aviation steering gear,proposed a practical overall plan based on functional requirements,and conduct scientific argumentation for the overall design scheme,and has completed the hardware circuit design,system structure design and system application software design of the control system of aviation steering gear.The design of hardware circuit mainly completes the design of the drive conditioning module,the relay switching circuit and the data acquisition card module,the structure design of system mainly completes the 3D model design,panel design,and mechanical design of the controller.The application software design of the system mainly to develop a set of monitoring and control software interface of the aviation steering gear using Lab VIEW Language on industrial control machine of the Windows 7 platform,completed the design of software architecture program,control module program,steering gear performance parameter measurement module program and data storage module program.At the last,this thesis in after that completed the design of the entire aviation steering gear measurement and control system,used the 32-pin aviation plug to connect the steering gear to achieve the overall adjustment and testing.The test results show that the design of the servo steering servo system based on Lab VIEW in this paper completely meets the design requirements for its performance.Especially has been highly praised by users in the design of the application software interface.
